Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

当店では、PrintifyおよびGelatoのプリント・オン・デマンド（POD）サービスを利用し、ご注文をいただいてから一つひとつの商品を製作しております。そのため、一般的な既製品とは返品・交換条件が異なります。

返品・交換について

すべての商品は受注生産のため、以下の理由による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

• お客様都合による返品・交換

• サイズ・カラー・デザインの選択間違い

• イメージ違い

• 誤注文

• お客様による配送先住所の入力間違い

ご注文前に、商品情報・サイズ表・カラー・配送先住所を十分ご確認ください。

商品に不良・破損・誤配送があった場合

商品に以下のような問題があった場合は、商品到着後 7日以内 にご連絡ください。

• 商品の破損

• 印刷不良

• 製造上の欠陥

• ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

ご連絡の際は、以下をご用意ください。

• 商品の状態が確認できる写真

• 梱包材の写真（可能な場合）

内容を確認後、対象となる場合は交換または返金の手続きを行います。

ご注文のキャンセル

ご注文後、商品の製作は速やかに開始されます。

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。

製作開始後のキャンセル・変更はお受けできません。

返金について

返金が承認された場合は、ご購入時と同じお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

返金の反映時期は、ご利用のクレジットカード会社または決済サービスによって異なります。

配送について

配送予定日は目安であり、以下の理由による遅延については責任を負いかねます。

• 配送会社の遅延

At Noa Collection, we partner with trusted print-on-demand providers, including Printify and Gelato, to create each product especially for you after your order is placed. Because every item is made to order, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are custom-made specifically for your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, color, or style selected

• Buyer's remorse

• Accidental orders

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase and refer to our sizing charts before ordering apparel.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product showing the problem

• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.

You may request a cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs processing

• Severe weather

• Holidays

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Noa Collection cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
